Scam Warning: Now they’re pretending to be a serious British Loan Company – George Lincoln from the UK wants to shower you with millions in “project funding”.

Oh, for goodness sake, dear readers, I’m lying on the floor again, crying with laughter.

Just when I thought the World Bank president had reached peak comedy, along comes George Lincoln from a “full and active Loan Investment Company in the United Kingdom”. This gentleman is apparently so desperate to give away money that he’s sending hundreds of these emails to complete strangers, offering to expand and grow your business “Financially” with lovely low-interest loans for 5–10 years.

According to Mr. Lincoln, his noble Capital company has already executed “over Millions Dollars” in equity, debt financing and project funding. Now they’re kindly seeking “high net worth investors” (that’s you, obviously) whose only desire is to pour money into realistic and profitable projects anywhere in the world. No restrictions. How generous.

How incredibly professional. He even throws in a fancy preamble about being funding partners or business lenders with “very reasonable interest rates” and renewable tenure. All you have to do is reply and say you’re interested, and he’ll happily provide “detailed information on how to make this a reality”. How sweet. Let me translate this polished nonsense into plain English: This is yet another lazy advance-fee loan scam. There is no legitimate UK investment company that cold-emails random people offering millions in project financing. Real banks and investment firms don’t hunt for clients this way. What usually happens next is classic: after you show interest, they’ll ask for all your personal and business details, then suddenly there will be “processing fees”, “due diligence fees”, “legal fees” or “commitment fees” that you have to pay upfront – preferably via wire transfer, gift cards or crypto. Once you pay, George Lincoln and his imaginary company will vanish into thin air, leaving you poorer and wiser.

The name “George Lincoln” sounds about as real as a three-dollar bill, and the email is written in that slightly awkward, overly formal English that screams “non-native scammer trying to sound British”.Bottom line:
If you receive an email from George Lincoln offering business loans, project funding or investment partnerships, delete it immediately. Do not reply. Do not send any information. Real investors don’t cold-contact strangers on the internet begging to give them money. These scammers are getting more desperate and more ridiculous by the day.

From fake World Bank presidents to fake British loan sharks in the same week – they really have no shame left.

Share this post so more people recognize this tired old script. The more we publicly roast these clowns, the fewer victims they’ll find. And to George Lincoln and all his colleagues: Get a real job. Cold-emailing strangers with fake loan offers is not a business strategy – it’s just pathetic. Stop wasting everyone’s time and bandwidth.Stay suspicious, stay brutally cynical, and above all: Don’t let these professional liars play you for a fool.
