Yet another example of a fake bank wanting to complete any payments in Corona times.
To make the matter more credible, the UN is called in.
The approach of the perpetrators in this context is to get the identity data of the victims. This is then used to organize new scams or even human smuggling etc.
The bank itself has nothing to do with it, nor does the UN, of course. Names are like smoke and mirrors in this context.
